Process Equipment: Fired Heaters, Air Coolers, Heat Exchangers, Piping, Pumps, Compressors , Process Course
Introduction:
The course outlines the general technology of typical process equipment. It covers how these machines work on process, mechanical aspects, wear, lubrication and troubleshooting techniques. The course provides participants with the basic knowledge for inspecting these pieces of equipment, making fault detections and diagnoses. Extensive use is made of case study material to underline the key aspects of the course and to give the delegates exposure to current best practice.
Course Objectives:
This course is intended for engineers, supervisory and technical staff involved in the maintenance and inspection of pumps, compressors and plant engineers in the oil, chemical and other process industries who require a wider and deeper appreciation of pumps and compressors design, including their design, performance and operation. No prior knowledge of the topic is required.
Who Should Attend?
These courses can be delivered either as open public training courses or in-house and typically involve additional study, assignments and assessments. Not only do these training courses prepare you for the qualification but they also focus on providing practical skills and techniques which are directly transferred to the workplace.
