Introduction:
This course is designed for those who wish to become self-sufficient in the design and implementation of 360 Assessment & Development Centres. When professionally applied, occupational tests can significantly improve employee selection decisions.
Course Objectives:
This course focuses on the core skills of measuring the aptitudes and abilities of employees. It enables delegates to implement reliable and valid 360 assessment tools for employee selection and development; they will understand all aspects of occupational testing, including test selection, test administration, and interpretation.
Who Should Attend?
HR and line managers, who wish to develop an assessment or development centre and would like clarity about key design stages. Whilst not essential, delegates should receive Assessor training and/or have experience of objective assessment.
Course Outlines:
This course will enable delegates to:
- Design and implement effective multiple assessment procedures for selection and development
- Align assessment centers with organizational goals
- Experience and evaluate a range of 360 assessment methods, e.g. group exercises, in-trays, and fact-finding exercises, to measure organizational competencies
- Integrate development activities that facilitate learning in development centers
- Practice objective 360 assessment techniques
- Ensure best practices in the use of 360 assessment and development centers.
